Activ8 Update Schedule Week 4

Century Sunday was a great success with each team running / walking 100 laps of the pitch (which is equivalent to 30 miles).

There are 3 weeks to go so get to as many activities as you can. So far we have lost 43stone 9lb which leaves us 40% of the way to our 110stone target! Work hard this week and make good food choices!
